How is the adoption ramp included?

Start with Year 1 adoption, then add the selected growth each year until adoption reaches 100%. Instructor learning follows new adoption. Campus implementation time is counted once in Year 1.

How is retrieval time included?

Use the calculated value or enter a campus-specific annual estimate. For a local estimate, annualize accreditation work across the review cycle and add articulation and records requests.

Why use a $55 planning value?

BLS reports $66.41 per hour for state and local government compensation. The $55 default is 17% lower and is used only for planning. Replace it with your campus-approved rate.
