Title II is nearly here, and the clock is ticking. By April 24, 2026, public colleges and universities that fall under a public entity with a total population of 50,000 or more must meet the Department of Justice’s updated Title II digital accessibility requirements.

In this session, Simple Higher Ed and Level Access will unpack what that means in practice and where institutions should focus next. We’ll cover common accessibility pressure points across the digital campus, what schools should prioritize now, and how to build momentum across syllabi, course materials, and more.
